We charge for the work the product does: every Windows device that successfully completes a migration. No seat fees. No tenant fees. No consumption metering on operator activity.

Volume-banded pricing that lands below the cost of doing it manually, and well below the cost of doing it wrong. A real quote takes about a week — we cost it against your tenant pair and fleet size.

Onboarding service

Two-week white-glove setup: tenant pair certification, mapping rules, dry-run wave on a pilot device, runbook handoff.

Dedicated region

Your own Azure tenancy, your own Bicep deployment, your own data residency. Available outside UK South on request.

SLA tier

99.9% availability with credit schedule, 24×7 on-call, and pager-grade incident response.

Six questions, six answers.

How are devices counted?+

One billable device = one successful device-run reaching DONE. Quarantine, abandoned, and never-started devices are not counted.

What if a device fails?+

Recoverable failures are retried automatically. Terminal failures route to quarantine. You are not billed for devices that did not migrate successfully.

Can we self-host?+

Not in 2026. We focus on multi-tenant SaaS for now. Enterprise customers can request a dedicated Azure region — full Bicep IaC, your tenancy.

Is there a minimum?+

No per-month minimum on the pilot tier. Production tenants have a per-engagement minimum that scales with fleet size — discussed on the call.

Do you charge for the operator console seat?+

No. Operator console seats are unlimited. Billing is by migrated device, not by user.

Do you offer Service-Level Agreements?+

Yes — standard 99.5% on the multi-tenant tier; 99.9% with dedicated region. SLA credits per the contract.
